THE EQUATION OF LIFE !!
Its not that I am a philosopher or anything like that.. but in the last 3 months when i tried to go in the flashback and reviewed my life i found that it has always been centered around different people (read variables!!).. i have always lived by the philosophy that my happiness lies in seeing the people, who matter to me, happy!! now i have always said to others that centering your life on a single individual always makes you susceptible to misery and pain because your happiness becomes centered around that very person.. if we take our life as an equation its very similar to the equation being dependent on one single variable.. but i think the problem with people like me is that for us there are a lot of variables and each variable affects our equation.. some affect it less.. some affect it more.. and to some we give the power to even completely erase this very equation !! another aspect of this equation is that the variables that are affecting this equation are completely unaware of its fate.. they are a different entity and their personal equations are going independent of the central equation i was talking about.. its very easy for them to detach themselves from the central equation.. but the central equation is the one getting adversely affected.. so the moral of the story is that more the number of variables in your life the more problems.. and try not to go in the path of the central equation !!

Ah! I love the interpretation of equations and variables into relationships and people...you definitely are an engineer! :p
And well, no matter how many variable are there, it is always a complex equation...and its quite weird how even with a single variable the equation can get so complex...and the people just never know how much destruction they can leave behind...so whether one variable or many, the equation is always complex...many a times unsolvable..
yaar no doubt abt the fact that U r on the right track of "sanyas ashram"...bhai there z still lot 2 do than thinking abt such serious ...i mean such complex equations...yaar ek baat bata tujhe itna sochne ka time kab mil jata hai???:)
No problem dear ...More d number of variables more u learn from life...so keep adding them dear:)& also search 4 ur centre variable yaar......
bhai.. sochne ke time ki to zarurat nahi.. wo in-built hai.. as abt central variable.. thats what i don't want.. increases the tension !!!

hmm..never really thought abt things frm ..lets say mathematical point of view..but ur idea certainly helps putting things in perspective.
but just a question.. y is a complex equation required?is it even required?
or can we work with f(x)=C kind of equation?simply put ..is it f(x)=c possible..m really not looking for answers but more like ideas/discussions..

Boss.. there is a very rare chance that our life can go in the direction of f(x)= C.. life cannot be constant.. there have to be variable (people!!).. and the equations have to be complex!!
Your equation gives the nice idea about the complexity of life but the real fact is more we think about it more variables come into picture...Lets take an example of an small 5-6 yrs old child...a drunk person...or even a person who has reached to vicinty of his life....their life is also as complex as ours but they never think...they never try to introduce the complexity...their spectrum of thinking is not as wide...and hence they never complaint anything from life...life to them is only the way it comes to them...they never try to modify the equation so as to their own comfort...
You can't help the fact. That the number of variables will always be high. That they will always detach themselves from the central [your] equation. Invariably. All you can do is to control the central equation. By assigning both high and low exponents to *your* variable, and having as many linear combinations of them as possible in your equation. And assigning the lowest possible exponents to the variables which have a potential to deviate. This way you can control the flow of things to your liking, deviate and converge from/to whatever point if necessary. And eliminate potentially harmful variables. There is no guarantee of course that you'd stay in the same plane but you can be as close to the desired co-ordinate as possible.

BUt dude.. the problem (i really don't know if its a problem.. ) is that we have the power to think.. we are neither 5 year old nor are we drunk.. and its not that i am complaining about life.. its just that its a thought that i've had.. and not knowing or not being ignorant isn't the solution.. is it ??

But presenting any ideas to the discussion here would require a lot of evaluation and deliberation. And unfortunately, the education through college has ensured my brain cells become incapable of that.
I agree that LIFE (and not LIFFE) is indeed a motley of complexities!

I am not that good in maths but wat i know is, equations exists coz of variables only. No-one wants a life to be like a equation which is not varying. You sayin one shud not have more variables in their equation of life, but wat i believe in is, more the variables u have in life, more interesting and lively ur life becomes. Also, it depends on wat positions u give to different variables in ur life and here comes ur capabilities of solving the complexities of ur equation. The philosphy of keeping people around u happy will not exist if u dont have ur so called variables. Also, wat i think is, the central equation and the variables no longer remain as separate entity.. they have different equations but
have a strong dependency on each other...they can detach from each other but then both gets equally affected..and sometimes may end up with erasing THEIR equations completely..I know its very difficult to keep a balance with all these variables in ur equation, especially for a person like you, but that only is called LIFE dear..!!!!!!

thanks dude.. its the best review of what i've written.. but again.. as u urself said, the balance is impossible to keep.. that may lead to erasing of equations.. that makes life bloody unbearable..!!! but thanks !! :-)
